Meet the Founder – Teresa Camacho

Teresa Camacho, the founder and owner of TC Bilingual Services LLC, was born and raised in Michoacán, Mexico, and moved to Tillamook, Oregon, at the age of 13. Navigating a new country and language at a young age, Teresa quickly developed a strong sense of empathy and responsibility toward others facing similar challenges. This life-changing experience sparked her passion for helping Spanish-speaking individuals communicate effectively and confidently in English-speaking environments.

With over 28 years of experience living and working in Tillamook County, Teresa has become a trusted resource in the community. She is a Certified Spanish Healthcare Interpreter, recognized by both the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CHI). Her professional training and lived experience enable her to bridge language gaps in sensitive and high-stakes settings such as medical appointments, legal matters, community services, and educational institutions.
